    Open House - Thursday, April 19

    Join us for our Open House

    Thursday, April 19, 7:00-8:30pm

    You are not required to register to attend the Open House,
    but knowing you plan to attend will help us prepare.

      We are excited to now offer a five day morning kindergarten program that runs in tandem with our full day program!!!

    Kindergarten Morning Program

    Time:     8:00 AM until 11:45  (May need to adjust time slightly) Foundational Academics of the curriculum are presented / Certified teacher Additionally, fine arts opportunities will be offered / Recess / Lunch    
    • Please enter through the South Lobby Doors
    • Light Refreshments will be provided.
    • Students are welcome to attend the meeting!
    • We will begin with a short meeting, followed by a walking question/answer tour.

    LCA's Yearbook Wins Walsworth Award...Again!
    Lanier Christian Academy's yearbook staff work hard throughout the entire school year to produce an amazing yearbook filled with memories from every part of our great school. Their excellence was recognized again this year with the Walsworth Award. Thank you Mrs. Gruver and the entire yearbook staff for all of your hard work!

    New Kindergarten Program
    We are excited to now offer a five day morning kindergarten program that runs in tandem with our full day program.

    The details of each program are as follows:

    Students from both the full day program and the morning program are in the same classroom beginning at 8:00 each morning.  During this time a certified teacher will provide instruction for the foundational academic objectives of the kindergarten curriculum.  Fine arts opportunities will also be offered during the time all kindergarten students are at school.

    Around 11:45, students in the morning kindergarten will be picked up in carpool.  Full day kindergarten students will continue their day.  In the afternoon, enrichment in the areas of Science and Language Arts will be provided.

    Additional fine arts and physical education classes will be offered as well.

    LCA Students Recognized in Youth Leadership Hall Class of 2018-2019

    The following students have been selected as participants in the

    They were chosen because of the outstanding leadership potential demonstrated in school and community services.   For 13 years the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce has proudly welcomed 793 Youth Leadership Hall students.  Their participation will provide a valuable learning opportunity as they continue to assume various leadership roles at LCA, in the community, and beyond.   Congratulations to these fine LCA Students.  We are proud of you!

    Graduation Speaker Announced
    Lanier Christian Academy is pleased to announce that our graduation speaker will be Sujo John, Founder of YouCanFreeUs, an international human rights organization that is fighting modern slavery around the world.   Sujo John is an inspirational speaker based in Dallas, Texas. Born in India, he was launched into an international speaking career following the tragic attacks of September 11, 2001. Media from all over the world has taken interest in his story; Sujo has appeared and been featured in the BBC, CBC, Associated Press, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Times- London, National Geographic, The National Post and countless other publications from around the globe. Taking his story of hope around the world, Sujo John has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people in festivals, universities, public schools, sporting events, Fortune 500 companies and community events in over 600 cities across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. He is passionate about seeing the evil of modern slavery end and believes there is a call on his life to be a catalyst for a culture of justice established in our world. He and his wife, Mary, are blessed with three beautiful children.   Graduation is scheduled for 1:00pm on Saturday, May 12.
