The Kidd Family

What do you love most about LCA?

“When I think of LCA, I think of family! LCA is not just a school for us, but an extension of our family. We have come to know many of the faculty and teachers over the years and consider them friends, not just administrators, and teachers. We’ve been at LCA for so long that when our last child graduates in 2028, I hope to be able to stay involved with the school on some level.”

We are so excited to have so many wonderful families be a part of our family here at Lanier Christian Academy.   Please continue reading below or to see other stories you can click here.

–Why did you choose LCA for your child?

We chose LCA for our 6 children for the Christian education.

–What is one word that best describes the school? Tell us why you chose that word.

Family! Because that is what LCA is to us, our family!

–In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at LCA?

We have 6 children, and of those 6, 4 of them have graduated from LCA. Each of them has grown at different paces, but all have left with a deeper understanding of their faith in Jesus. Having a daily Bible class was very important to us as parents because let’s face it, our kids are at school for 8 hours a day. So what goes into their hearts and minds on a daily basis is very important.

–How is LCA preparing your child for college and beyond?

Our kids are receiving a great education at LCA. My kids are on a higher level than most of my friends’ kids that are in a public school setting.

–What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at LCA?

I would encourage anyone who is looking for a quality Christian education for their children to come and join the LCA family. At LCA, you are not just another face, but you truly become family!
